The classes and predicates used – especially those used for the intertextuality analysis – were aligned with other bibliographic and literary-studies ontologies, including: the Bibliographic Ontology (BIBO), the FRBR-aligned Bibliographic Ontology (FaBiO), the Citation Typing Ontology (CiTO), the Drama Corpora (DraCor) Ontology, the GOLEM Ontology for Narrative and Fiction, the MiMoText Ontology, the OntoPoetry/POSTDATA Ontology (core and analysis modules), the Intertextuality Ontology and the Ontologies of Under-Represented Writers and Books.
Further alignments were also carried out with more broadly scoped ontologies: the DCMI Metadata Terms (DC), the Document Components Ontology (DoCo), the Friend of a Friend (FOAF) Ontology, and Schema.org. In addition, eCRM, CIDOC CRM, eFBRoo, FRBRoo and LRMoo were aligned.
